In this era of next wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the future of the global automotive value chain is at a tipping point, shifting rapidly from conventional production to Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) - characterized by four megatrends: Electrification, Autonomous Driving, Connectivity and Shared Mobility, which are reshaping the landscape of the global automotive industry and sustainable transportation. Green, intelligent, and shared mobility are changing our daily lives and reshaping our society in a way that future generations will appreciate.
Going with this trend in an effort to strengthen global collaboration, the China Society of Automotive Engineers (China SAE) and the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association (ITS China), in conjunction with the People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality, will organize the first International Smart Shared Mobility Congress (SMC 2018) that will take place in Guangzhou, November 19-21, 2018.
This annual Congress will bring together government and international organizations, global think tanks, forward thinking investors, cutting-edge technology developers and leading enterprises in the rapidly evolving future mobility ecosystem, to share their opinions and insights, explore the industry’s best practices and develop blueprints for future smart transportation.
