课程目标(Objectives):
This class is intended for crash Analysis Engineers in the automotive industries using LS-DYNA to model crash events. Various crash events need to be analyzed that require accurate modeling of the vehicle structure, impact barrier models, dummies, airbags and restraint systems. Modeling guidelines and model debugging methods will be presented to prepare engineers to be efficient in the use of crash analysis to guide vehicle design.

•General modeling guidelines for crash/safety simulation

培训课程专家(INSTRUCTOR):
Dr. Isheng Yeh/葉益盛 received his PhD. on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University in 1992. Before joining LSTC in 2007 as a developer, he was a project engineer with General Motors, 1994~2000, and a technical specialist with Ford Motors, 2000~2007. In LSTC, Dr. Yeh works on the development of contact algorithm, isogeometric analysis, control volume airbag, seat belt, sensor, element formulation. Besides, he also develops the Abaqus and Radioss translator for ls-prepost. Also, he was involved in axisymmetric SPH development.
