With the rapid development of international education and international schools, College/University Application Counseling has been paid increasingly attention. 


International School Counselors Summit, which has become a platform for school counselors, has been successfully held three forums so far. ISCS2019 is estimated to attract 120-150 speakers, counsellors, managers, headmasters and researchers. Topics will be discussed through keynote speeches, panel discussions, foundation & advancement trainings, dinner party and other related formats.

    Kathleen Schultz, a dual American and Swedish citizen, has worked as a school and university counselor at the secondary level for almost 25 years. She began her international career in Europe working at two leading international schools and after 13 years decided to take on a new challenge and move to Asia. She has since worked in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Education Counseling and has been actively involved in professional organizations ranging from the Council of International Schools (CIS), European Council of International Schools (ECIS), EARCOS, NACAC and International ACAC. Currently, Kathleen sits on the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) Communications Committee and the Executive Board of the International Association of College Admissions Counselors (IACAC). Kathleen is currently the Director of University Counseling at Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong and President-Elect of the International Association of College Admission Counseling. Access to education and advocacy for students and our profession are issues Kathleen is passionate about.

In 2012, she started to participate in the preparations for Qibao Dwight. She worked as the Director of Student Affairs and CAS Coordinator since the school was established. In 2017, she served as the Director of Admissions, College Counseling and Communications. The first-line working experience in international education attracts her attention on student’s personal growth and school management under different cultures. She describes herself as a creative and reflective learner. She produced many school handbooks, and had ample experience in project management.
