Background:


With the rapid expanding of internationalized schools industry in China, the talent acquisition of international educators is becoming intensely competitive and the teacher retaining is becoming more and more difficult. Meanwhile, comparing with the era of public schools in China, internationalized schools nowadays require more professional staffing and more complicated organizational structures on PR, marketing, admission, expatriate teacher recruitment and school vision and mission etc. So the HR team shall be an important part of the management team in an internationalized school. A professional HR in an internationalized school shall not only be proficient at daily recruitment and have a vision of current talent market of international educator, but also have a deep understanding of the school’s vision and mission and latest knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
