Ron Packard is the CEO and Founder of Pansophic Learning, a global technology based education company and managing partner of Safanad Education, a global private equity firm. Packard is a well-known educator, entrepreneur and visionary as well as the author of the highly regarded and reviewed book Education Transformation. Packard was previously the long-time CEO and Founder of K12 Inc.
He holds a B.A. and B.S from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, both with honors.

Peter is the founder of Fun Academy, which is an education subsidiary of Rovio, the creator of Angry Birds. Fun Academy provides advanced Finnish pre-school education and teachers training program, with the aim to transform education and entertainment globally.

Haimeng is a Senior Partner at McKinsey Shanghai Office, and currently leading McKinsey’s Asia Organization Practice. Haimeng also has extensive consulting experience in other consulting firms i.e., Accenture and Bearing Points.
Haimeng is a well established thought-leader in education and career development. He led numerous projects on team effectiveness, leadership development program design, and HR transformation. He also chairs numerous projects on innovation in continued education domain.
