Ⅰ. Events have limited seating, so to ensure your attendance we encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee entry to those that have not pre-registered. If you registered for an event but can not attend, please do let us know in advance. No-shows who fail to cancel 24 hours before the event will be charged with the full price.

Ⅱ. Only members of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai, who have paid their membership fees for 2021 will be treated on a first come, first served basis. 

Ⅲ. After the payment process is completed, we will deliver the printed tickets to your address within 14 working days. Please bring your printed tickets with you on 20 November. Admissions are only with printed tickets.

Ⅳ. Your email address will be used as the only verification to proceed the payment.

Ⅴ. Pandemic prevention measures:

-Due to epidemic prevention and control considerations, we will send you an email two weeks before the event to collect necessary epidemic prevention information. 

*The data will be used only for epidemic prevention measures, if requested by the government.

-The following precautionary measures could be taken upon arrival. We will inform you with the updated information:

• temperature taking

• wearing masks

• show Shanghai Health Code and Ltinerary Code

Ⅵ. You can not participate in this event if:

• you have lived in a medium-high risk area within the past 21 days

• you have been abroad within the past 28 days

• you have been in close contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases or asyptomatic cases of COVID-19, or have been infected with COVID-19 yourself from medium-high risk area within past 21 days or from abroad within past 28 days

• if your Health Code is yellow or red

• if you have abnormal body temperature with possible epidemiological diseases
