Arrival on Thursday, 28 October 2021:

• For participants leaving from Jinan after the meeting at 4:30 PM, please first book the train ticket of G1091 from Jinan Railway Station（济南站） to Weihai Railway Station（威海站） at 17:54 by yourselves in advance and get reimbursement from Weihai afterwards.

• For participants leaving from other cities, please kindly organize and pay for your own expenses.

After the visit on 29 October, guests can choose to go home on 30th or 31st. The fee for meals and accommodation at the hotel will be covered by organizers.

Departure on Saturday, 30 October 2021 / Sunday, 31 October 2021:

Weihai organizers will NOT be responsible for the return trip, please organize and pay for your own expenses.
