With more than 20 years of experience developing and managing high-end industrial parks, Plainvim International has successfully developed and operated 16 international industrial parks in the Greater Bay Area and Yangtze River Delta. 

Located in Zhaoqing New Area, the Plainvim International (Zhaoqing New Area) Modern Industrial Park was built in 2018 with a total development area of about 900,000 Sqm. It is the 13th industrial park built by Plainvim International and is planned as a high-end manufacturing center and China's first-class industrial park with single-story plants, multi-story plants and related supporting facilities. In 2021, it was awarded as one of the Best Industrial Parks in Guangdong Province by Guangdong Investment Promotion Association.

平谦国际 拥有超过20年园区开发招商运营经验，目前已在大湾区和长三角地区投资建造并运营16个国际产业园。

平谦国际(肇庆新区)现代产业园位于广东省肇庆新区，成立于2018年，是平谦国际打造的第13个产业园，规划面积约1300亩，规划建成单层厂房、多层厂房及相关配套，专注于打造高端制造业集聚中心及中国一流产业园，于2021年度获得广东省最佳产业园称号。

Located in the middle east of the city of Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Zhaoqing New Area is adjacent to Guangzhou and Foshan. It was founded in 2012 and its total planned size is up to 115 Square Kilometers, with a core area of 65 Square Kilometers and a population around 600,000 as well as a total size of about 585 square kilometers called Coordination Area. 

With the completion of Zhaoqing East High-speed Railway Station, Zhaoqing New Area Station of Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Intercity Light Rail and the first inland port of the Pearl River - Zhaoqing Xingang, Zhaoqing New Area is now a transportation hub for "air, rail, water and land" multimodal transportation in GBA. A half-hour traffic circle of Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing and one-hour traffic circles of GBA have come into being. As an important development hinterland of GBA, it has now gathered industrial clusters such as advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, digital economy and headquarters economy. 

肇庆新区位于广东省肇庆市鼎湖区中部，规划总面积115平方公里，核心区65平方公里，人口规模约60万人。科学划定协调区范围，总面积约585平方公里，于2012年正式成立。肇庆新区紧靠广佛都市圈，随着高铁站肇庆东站、佛肇城际轻轨肇庆新区站和拥有5000吨级的珠江内河第一港“招商局集团港口”的建成，目前已经形成广佛肇半小时、粤港澳大湾区一小时交通圈，是粤港澳大湾区“空铁水陆”多式联运的交通枢纽。肇庆新区是粤港澳大湾区的重要发展腹地，区内现已集聚了先进装备制造、新能源汽车、数字经济、总部经济等初具规模的产业集群。
