With the continuous evolution of retail elements such as people, goods, and venues, China's retail industry is developing from traditional retail to the era of omni-channel retail. Under the changing retail landscape, Freshippo (盒马） pays close attention to the growing new demand in the domestic market driven by new technologies, and innovates a number of new digital consumption formats that integrate online and offline with digitalization as the starting point. Since 2015, it has opened more than 300 stores in 28 cities across China.
Based on Freshippo （盒马）'s past practice and exploration in the field of digitalization, it has developed a set of retail technology solutions for business digitalization, including new retail IoT cloud platform, Retech intelligent terminal, etc., which not only serves Freshippo (盒马) , but also provide services for other industry partners.
