The German Chamber is delighted to invite you to join our next edition of "WE.C.U. – The Network of Executive Women in German Companies in China" on 19 April 2023 in Jinshan, Shanghai.
Within this event series, the German Chamber creates a place to broaden the business experience among executive women of all industries and cultures and share, discuss and analyze approaches on how women can climb up the career ladder. We would like to harness the power of professional women being together to inspire each other to achieve your goals and aspirations.
This time, WE.C.U. invites you to a company visit at Oppermann Webbing, where we discuss the issue of how to overcome challenges and obstacles in a female career path in a closed-door roundtable meeting.
Additionally, participants get a personal insight into Oppermann's production of car seatbelts and other industrial webbing materials in a 170-year old German manufacturing company.
The event will then followed by attending a crafts workshop and learn how to handmake beautiful Chinese knot buttons, as are often seen on Qipaos and other traditional Chinese clothing.
Seize the opportunity to connect with each other!
