ACCUTECH was established in 2019 and is committed to providing high-end automation equipment and intelligent system solutions for users in PCB and semiconductor fields. The company has an experienced technical team and a professional management team. ACCUTECH has also established good cooperative relationships with the top customer groups in the industry.

Start production at the end of December 2021, focusing on production and manufacturing of automation equipment, such as HDI, MSAP, and IC substrate fully automatic lamination return line and disassembly system for pressing sections.

2021年12月底投产，专注于HDI，MSAP,IC substrate压合段全自动叠板回流线、拆板系统等自动化设备的量产制造。
