郭亮博士作为中国低空经济主机装备领域领军人物，现任沃飞长空CEO兼首席科学家、电子科技大学研究员、中国汽车工程学会飞行汽车分会副主任委员、中国航空学会适航分会委员。同时担任四川省工商联常委、四川省青联常委兼科技界别秘书长等10余项社会职务。先后荣获中国航空航天月桂奖、国家级人才计划、科技部创新创业人才、省部级科学技术进步一等奖、四川省劳动模范、四川省五四青年奖章等多项荣誉，入选2025年成都世运会执旗手，曾连续两届评为《财富》杂志“40位40岁以下的商界精英”。现带领吉利“沃飞长空”发展成为国内电动航空领域的头部企业，旗舰产品AE200电动垂直起降航空器（eVTOL）已经顺利完成全尺寸、全重量、全包线倾转过渡等系列飞行试验所有科目，成为全球第二、国内首个完成该类试验科目的eVTOL企业。

Terrance Han

韩锋（Terrance Han），现任如祺出行首席运营官，持香港科技大学商学院MBA专业硕士学位，曾就职于IBM、Uber、滴滴出行、OYO等，深耕科技与出行领域。 韩锋主导构建了如祺出行立体化出行生态，涵盖出行服务、Robotaxi运营、自动驾驶解决方案等多元业务板块。他带领团队打造了国内首个全开放Robotaxi（无人驾驶出租车）运营科技平台、首个全开放Robotaxi运营监管平台，与多家自动驾驶技术公司完成系统与数据对接，通过Robotaxi与有人驾驶网约车混合运营模式向用户提供出行服务，推动Robotaxi商业化落地进程向前迈进重要一步。

Xing Meng

XingMeng serves as the Chief Operating Officer of DiDi Autonomous Driving Company since 2019. Xing Meng has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and investor in the field of deep tech.Prior to joining DiDi, He had served as an executive director of Shunwei Capital and responsible for all deep tech related investments.Xing led more than 20 investments and served on more than 10 boards, including Cloudwalk(云从科技), i-Space(星际荣耀), Xpeng Motors (小鹏汽车) Nreal, IDRIVERPLUS(智行 者), Momenta (初速度), and Benewake(北醒光子).Before joining Shunwei, Xing Meng founded two artificial intelligence startups with successful exit in Silicon Valley and Beijing respectively.Xing started his career in investment banking at JPMorgan Hong Kong.He led and participated in a number of IPO and M&A transactions totaling over $60 billion in deal size.Xing Meng holds bachelor degrees in applied mathematics and economics from University of California, Berkeley, as well as a MBA from MIT Sloan.
