郭亮博士作为中国低空经济主机装备领域领军人物，现任沃飞长空CEO兼首席科学家、电子科技大学研究员、中国汽车工程学会飞行汽车分会副主任委员、中国航空学会适航分会委员。同时担任四川省工商联常委、四川省青联常委兼科技界别秘书长等10余项社会职务。先后荣获中国航空航天月桂奖、国家级人才计划、科技部创新创业人才、省部级科学技术进步一等奖、四川省劳动模范、四川省五四青年奖章等多项荣誉，入选2025年成都世运会执旗手，曾连续两届评为《财富》杂志“40位40岁以下的商界精英”。现带领吉利“沃飞长空”发展成为国内电动航空领域的头部企业，旗舰产品AE200电动垂直起降航空器（eVTOL）已经顺利完成全尺寸、全重量、全包线倾转过渡等系列飞行试验所有科目，成为全球第二、国内首个完成该类试验科目的eVTOL企业。

Mr. Zhang Hui, PhD of physics from University of Science and Technology of China, Deputy Director of the Quantum Computing Group of the Chinese Computer Society, Director of Anhui Quantum Computing Engineering Research Center, Legal person and General Manager of Hefei Origin Quantum Computing Technology Co., Ltd. He has made a series of important results in quantum computing, quantum simulation and so on, including two key research projects as the leader, one monograph on quantum computing and programming as the editor, three papers in core journals and six invention patents. He has rich experience in quantum computing R&D engineering construction and high-tech project management experience.
