With rich experience in manufacturing management, and years of practice in Singapore’s semiconductor industry, Huang has taken a groundbreaking move to introduce semiconductor management mode to solar module manufacturing, making Astronergy the first solar power company that has adopted MES in the industry. By advancing solutions to mass production of high-efficiency modules, she plays an instrumental role in CHINT Group’s entry into EU high-end module market. She has presided over the building and running of the cell module factory in Thailand. In 2018, she played a leading role in the introduction of intelligent algorithms to EL quality test based on CHINT-Alibaba Cloud partnership, laying a solid foundation for Astronergy’s intelligent manufacturing. In 2022, she led the team to push forward n-type TOPCon and module R&D project and successfully increase cell efficiency to industry-leading level. The mass production of ASTRO N series marks Astronergy’s foray into n-type module manufacturing.
