Ticket Includes
1. October 24th - October 26th conference pass, including all academic sharing courses and keynote speeches in the schedule;
2. Visiting the exhibition area or participating in the interactive sessions during the conference;
3. Discussions and questions arranged in each course, and the opportunity to communicate with lecturers face-to-face;
4. Three-day lunch from October 24th to October 26th, meal vouchers will be sent when you sign in, please take care of them;

1. Staff of Hung Yu Medical V-Clamp partner centers are required to upload supporting documents work permit when purchasing tickets at the discounted price. It is not excluded that under special circumstances, you may be required to provide additional information to prove your eligibility for the discount.

Cancellation and Refund
Note that in the event of cancellation of registration at any stage, a bank transfer fee will be charged, as per the bank's charging policy - applicable to bank transfer payment method only.
Cancellation received on or before 30 June 2024 - full refund.
Cancellation received between 30 June and 30 August 2024 - 50% refund.
From 31 August 2024 - no refund.
For ticket transfers, please contact the organiser for new attendee details at least 10 working days prior to the event, no ticket transfers will be accepted within 10 working days of the event.
