The business environment for German companies operating in China is undergoing significant changes. In addition to adapting to the fast pace of digitization and evolving customer behavior, companies are also required to make adjustments to their supply chain and compliance management practices to mitigate risks. In this regard, more and more companies turn to e-commerce in the B2B arena in order to address the above challenges and increase revenues. The Chinese e-commerce market, however, still is incoherent and poses its own challenges.
In view of the above, we will provide an overview of current market conditions as well as recent changes and provide a “closed-door” platform for exchange with other companies. Renowned representatives of the German community will share their view from a corporate and regulatory environment.
