Guangdong - China's No. 1 Province for Automobile Production & NEV

产业集聚 全国领先：广东——中国汽车产销及新能源汽车第一大省

Guangdong is China’s strongest province in economic development, it also takes a leading position in automobile industry. As of the beginning of 2024, Guangdong's automotive production has ranked first in the country for 6 consecutive years. It not only leads in traditional automobile production and consumption, but also dominates in new energy industry with production number reaching 2.53 million and a market share of 26.8% in China. One out of every four new energy vehicles in China is made in Guangdong. Guangdong has not only a complete industrial chain from complete vehicle manufacturing to R&D, design, production and sales of auto parts and components, but a number of highly concentrated industrial clusters in Panyu (Guangzhou), Pingshan (Shenzhen), Zhaoqing New Area, etc.

正如广东是中国第一大经济大省一样，广东的汽车产业也当仁不让。截至2024年初，广东省汽车产量已连续六年居全国首位，不仅是中国汽车生产与消费第一大省，更成为新能源汽车第一大省，2023年全省新能源汽车产量达253.18万辆，占全国26.8%，可以说中国每4辆新能源汽车就有1辆是“广东造”。 广东不仅拥有从整车制造到零部件研发、设计、生产、销售的完备产业链，且在产业集聚方面已形成了广州番禺、深圳坪山、肇庆新区等多个高度集聚产业园区。

Zhaoqing – A Rising Star in Guangdong NEV Industry

一城双核 一市造车：肇庆——广东新能源汽车新高地

Zhaoqing City in Guangdong Province, adjacent to Guangzhou and Foshan, is one of the few cities in China that has both vehicle manufacturing and power battery production bases. In recent years, with the XPeng Motors and CATL’s Zhaoqing projects put into production, Zhaoqing has officially entered "double leading" era, gathering nearly 100 auto parts enterprises, including battery, motor, electric control, wire, tire, chassis, central control, sensing, lighting and other key parts. A complete automotive industry chain has come into being in Zhaoqing, making it possible to realize whole-vehicle manufacturing in one city independently. A 100-billion NEV industrial cluster has taken shape and Zhaoqing has emerged as a rising star.

广东省肇庆市毗邻广州和佛山，是中国少有的同时拥有整车制造和动力电池生产基地的城市。近年来，随着小鹏汽车、宁德时代肇庆项目投产，肇庆正式进入“双龙头”带动时代，聚集了近百家汽车零部件企业，囊括了电池、电机、电控、电线、轮胎、底盘、中控、传感、照明等关键零部件，形成了一条完整的汽车产业链条，成功实现“一市造车”甚至“一市定车”。肇庆高新区千亿级新能源汽车产业集群已初现雏形，成为冉冉升起的大湾区“智车新城”。

1. GEESUN - A Champion in Lithium Battery Equipment Manufacturing Technology

吉阳智能 —— 新能源行业的锂电装备制造技术引领者

Shenzhen Jiyang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (GEESUN), a subsidiary of CATL, is one of the earliest lithium battery equipment companies in China and a leader in lithium battery equipment manufacturing technology in the new energy industry. It specializes in providing not only intelligent equipment and overall solutions for NEV power battery manufacturing, but also the world's leading new energy solutions, such as photovoltaic energy storage and electric vehicle charging/battery swapping.

GEESUN has a R&D team of more than 400 specialists and 848 patents, being at the forefront of the world with a number of core scientific research technologies such as laser cutting, winding, lamination, etc. In 2024, GEESUN made the list of "National Single Champion Enterprises".

深圳吉阳智能科技有限公司是宁德时代子公司，是中国最早一批锂电装备企业之一，新能源行业的锂电装备制造技术引领者，专业为新能源汽车动力电池制造提供智能装备及整体解决方案。此外，光伏储能和汽车极速充换电也是公司专注领域，提供全球领先的新能源解决方案。

2. CAIP – A Leader in Automotive Trims with Advanced Smart Cockpit

常熟汽饰 —— 中高端汽车内饰龙头

Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group Co., LTD (CAIP) was founded in 1996 and went public in 2017. It has established joint ventures with Peguform/SMP(Germany), Antolin (Spain) etc., endeavoring to become a core supplier of integrated cockpit system solutions for global automobile manufacturers. CAIP has 14 production bases, and nearly 400 patents. It has developed into a first-tier supplier of most car brands in the world, such as Huawei, Tesla, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.

江苏常熟汽饰集团股份有限公司（CAIP）始创于1996年，2017年上市，与德国派格、西班牙安通林等设立合资公司，为全球汽车制造商提供一体化的座舱系统解决方案。常熟汽饰拥有14个生产基地，专利近400项，已发展成为全球整车企业的一级供应商，合作客户包括华为、特斯拉，以及奥迪、宝马、奔驰等。

3. Jieyi Technology – A Industry Leader in Electrical Connection Systems

捷翼科技 —— 引领汽车电连接系统革新

长春捷翼汽车科技股份有限公司（捷翼科技）是新能源汽车和智能网联汽车的电连接系统的行业引领者。捷翼科技是行业内少数产品矩阵覆盖完整高低压电连接系统、拥有特种线缆及连接器等关键部件自研自制能力的供应商。目前是大众集团、宝马全球、丰田全球、吉利、比亚迪等整车企业的一级供应商，产品出口至全球87个国家及地区。

Changchun Jieyi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (Jieyi Technology) is an industry leader in electrical connection systems for NEV and intelligent connected vehicles. Jieyi Technology is one of the few suppliers in the industry whose product matrix covers a complete high- and low-voltage electrical connection system, and it has the ability to self-research and manufacture key components such as special cables and connectors. It is currently a first-tier supplier to Volkswagen Group, BMW Global, Toyota Global, Geely, BYD etc., and its products are exported to 87 countries and regions around the world.

With more than 20 years of experience developing and managing high-end industrial parks, Plainvim International has successfully developed and operated 16 international industrial parks in the Greater Bay Area and Yangtze River Delta.  Located in Zhaoqing New Area, the Plainvim International (Zhaoqing New Area) Modern Industrial Park was built in 2018 with a total development area of about 900,000 Sqm. It is planned as a high-end manufacturing center and China's first-class industrial park with single-story plants, multi-story plants and related supporting facilities. In 2021, it was awarded as one of the Best Industrial Parks in Guangdong. Companies settled include Magnetec from Germany, Lucta from Spain etc.

Zhaoqing New Area 肇庆新区

Located in the middle east of the city of Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Zhaoqing New Area is adjacent to Guangzhou and Foshan. It was founded in 2012 and is now a transportation hub for "air, rail, water and land" multimodal transportation in GBA. A half-hour traffic circle of Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing and one-hour traffic circles of GBA have come into being. As an important development hinterland of GBA, it has now gathered industrial clusters such as advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, digital economy and headquarters economy. 

肇庆新区位于广东省肇庆市鼎湖区中部，于2012年正式成立。肇庆新区紧靠广佛都市圈，目前已经形成广佛肇半小时、粤港澳大湾区一小时交通圈，是粤港澳大湾区“空铁水陆”多式联运的交通枢纽。肇庆新区是粤港澳大湾区的重要发展腹地，区内现已集聚了先进装备制造、新能源汽车、数字经济、总部经济等初具规模的产业集群。
