HR managers frequently ask themselves whether the compensation packages their companies provide match the local market’s average, and what salary they should provide based on seniority and region.

For the 17th time, the German Chamber of Commerce provides its member companies with the “Labor Market and Salary Report.” This year’s benchmark publication examines the current developments in China's job market, and at the same time provides a forecast for 2025. Join us on August 22 for an in-depth review of the wage and salary developments for your employees in Beijing in 2024, current developments on the job market and an outlook 2024 developments.
今年,中国德国商会第十七次为会员企业提供 “劳动力市场与薪酬报告”。本年度的基准出版物在研究了中国就业市场的发展现状的同时,也对2025年的就业市场进行了预测。在此,我方诚挚邀请我们的会员及其他感兴趣的公司于8月22日与我们一起深入探讨2024年北京员工的工资和薪酬发展、就业市场的当前发展以及2025年的发展展望。
Besides the presentation of the report, for this year’s HR Summit, we invited Dr. Martin Hofmann, Executive Vice President Human Resource, Orga. & ITP; Board of Management; Volkswagen (China) Investment to open the summit with a keynote speech. Additionally, we have invited Chinese Government Officials to interpret the latest HR policies. Our speaker Ralph Koppitz, Partner at Rödl & Partner, will provide a forward-looking overview of how global ESG affects HR management in China.
除了发布《劳动力市场与薪酬报告》,本次人力资源峰会我们还邀请到了大众汽车(中国)投资有限公司管理董事会人力资源、组织与ITP执行副总裁Dr. Martin Hofmann为峰会揭幕并发表主题演讲。此外,我们还邀请了中国政府官员解读最新的人力资源政策。演讲嘉宾德国罗德律师事务所合伙人Ralph Koppitz也将提供全球ESG对中国人力资源管理影响的前瞻性概述。
During a panel discussion, high-level experts will discuss the topic of "Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategy for Foreign Companies in China". We have also invited expert from Beijing Labours Consulting and Ms. Yao Qiang, CEO of LIEPIN HRO to share her expertise regarding "Insights into Recruitment Trends for the Third Quarter of 2024". Of course, there is also plenty time for networking.
