Joined FA in Nov 2015, in charge of overall technology team, responsible for digital product development and digital transformation of FA Tech.
Experienced in both global and local companies from the start of professional career in 2002. Over 20 years of IT professional experiences in HR field, dedicating to leveraging new technologies and strategies to drive digital transformation, improving business efficiency and innovation capabilities, and generating increased value for enterprises.
Alex is the HR Director and Compliance Officer with over 10 years of experience working in a German company. In their current role, they oversee strategic HR management and ensure compliance with industry standards. Previously, Alex spent 2 years as a Key Account Manager, where they successfully developed and managed key customer relationships, driving business growth. Their diverse background in HR, compliance, and customer management equips them with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
QIN Anqi has a bachelor and a master degree in law of Nanjing University and passed PRC national judicial examination in 2011. She has been practicing as an attorney since 2013, specializing in employment & labor law related consultancy and arbitration & litigation. She joined Shaohe Law Firm in 2017.
Ms. QIN provides labor law advice to enterprises supporting their daily operation, including but not limited to negotiation on collective contracts, drafting legal documents such as employee handbooks and labor contracts, and helping enterprises establish special working hours systems, etc. Furthermore, she is an experienced professional lawyer in handling labor disputes, such as termination of labor relations, collective bargaining, representing clients in labor arbitration & litigation procedures, etc.
She has participated in collective negotiations and mass termination of employees on behalf of manufacturing enterprises, participated in and led several investigations for multinational companies on employees’ violation of non-competition or anti-bribery obligations, and successfully reclaimed embezzled money from said employees.
She has also represented clients in settling collective labor disputes properly during its business suspension period, and has supported clients in designing and implementing employee arrangement plans in their relocation processes.
