The German Chamber is delighted to invite you to join our next edition of "WE.C.U. – The Network of Executive Women in German Companies in China" on August 2 in the office of German Chamber of Commerce · East China. This time, WE.C.U. invites Ms. Miriam Wickertsheim, who discusses with female executives from German companies how to overcome social conditioning and expectations by mastering the art of delegation!

Sharing responsibilities not only enhances your impact but also develops leadership within your team, boosts efficiency, and supports a healthier work-life balance. Navigate the modern dilemma of balancing career and family while avoiding the perils of perfection. Join us for inspiring talks and valuable networking opportunities where you'll learn effective delegation strategies from industry leaders. Together, let's redefine what it means to lead — when women lead, everyone succeeds.

Within the WE.C.U. event series, the German Chamber creates a place to broaden the business experience among executive women of all industries and cultures by sharing, discussing and analyzing approaches on how women can climb the career ladder. We harness the power of professional women being together to inspire each other in order to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Seize the opportunity to connect with each other!
