As global sourcing becomes increasingly complex and unpredictable, this sourcing and supply chain event aims to provide insights into the current sourcing situation in the world. The event will explore how companies can diversify their supply chain to avoid future risks, particularly amidst trading disruptions due to geopolitical tensions and post-pandemic challenges.

In addition, the event will discuss the most attractive sourcing countries and regions when China remains the world's top sourcing destination. Participants will learn about strategies to handle the increasing demand for supply chain sustainability and reassessing rapidly shifting costs and risks following ESG challenges to drive sustainable brand growth.

The German Chamber of Commerce in China - North China invites Johan Annell, Partner at ARC Consulting, who specializes in strategy, M&A business transformation, supply chain and manufacturing.
