Completed 14 interim GM/CEO assignments for PE portfolio companies and US and European firms in auto, consumer electronics, medical device and general industries in the past 16 years. 12 of the 14 were workouts and one included acquisition. Two roles were global CEO. Served as Legal Rep, Board Member or Supervisor in many companies. Coached 80+ executives in auto, food, agricultural, pharmaceutical, medical device, electronic and cruise liner industries mosly in Asia/China.
