For more than a year now, Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act has been in effect and the European Directive is around the corner. These legislations require German companies around the world to identify and assess social and environmental risks within their supply chains and establish effective risk management systems.
The German Chamber of Commerce in China | North will host another exclusive roundtable on the practical implementation of this crucial legislation. Members are invited to discuss compliance measures, challenges and share best practices regarding this due diligence legislation.
We invite member companies to join this roundtable by initiating a discussion surrounding the following aspects:
What is your company’s implementation status right now?
What major challenges do you encounter when implementing compliance measures?
Sharing of best practices from individual companies
Take this opportunity to gain first-hand insights from your peers and engage in an open discussion in this closed-door meeting. By sharing your situation with the German Chamber of Commerce in China | North you help us to shape our advocacy work.
