今年国务院发布了《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》，同时国家发展改革委、财政部发布了相关支持措施，上海市经济和信息化委员会等七部门也联合推出了《上海市推动工业领域大规模设备更新和创新产品扩大应用的专项行动》（以下简称专项行动），旨在促进工业领域技术改造和设备更新，进一步推动制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。

This year, the State Council issued the"Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Renewals and Trade-ins of Consumer Goods" as well as the relevant supportive measures issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, along with six other departments, has also jointly launched the "Special Action for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Renewals in the Industrial Sector and Expanding the Application of Innovative Products in Shanghai" (hereinafter referred to as Special Action). The goal is to facilitate technological transformation and equipment renewal in the industrial field, further advancing the high-end, intelligent, and green development of the manufacturing industry.

German companies possess advanced technology and rich experience in high-end manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and green manufacturing, etc. The application and promotion of the Special Action will provide German companies with significant market potential and cooperation opportunities.
