The PRC Export Control Law
Language : English
Date&Time : 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., November 27, 2024

In the context of the geopolitical tensions between China and the USA, China has steadily expanded its trade policy toolbox. This concerns the Export Control Law as well as a number of other trade or sanctions related legislation, such as the Unreliable Entity List, the Blocking Rules and the Anti-Sanctions Law.
In light of the current customs dispute between China and the EU, there is an increasing risk that European companies will come under the scrutiny of the Chinese authorities. The webinar will provide you with an overview of the relevant provisions and recommendations on what measures should be taken to ensure compliance with the existing regulations.
