Der deftige Grünkohl wird traditionell mit Fleisch wie Pinkelwurst oder Kassler, sowie Bier und Kümmel serviert – ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das nicht nur wärmt, sondern auch verbindet.

The German Chamber of Commerce in China warmly invites you to a unique networking event celebrating a cherished German tradition: our Kale Dinner!
The kale dinner (Grünkohlessen) is a long-standing winter ritual in Northern Germany, traditionally enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. This hearty dish of kale is typically served with specialties like smoked pork or Pinkel sausage, accompanied by beer and a hint of caraway – a culinary delight that not only warms the body but also brings people together.
The Kempinski Hotel Beijing, renowned for its expertise in hosting this traditional event, will treat us to an authentic and high-quality interpretation of this Northern German specialty.
