Driven by the vision of "Everyone has the right to sight", DELOS Foundation International raises funds for rural elderly cataract surgeries. Partner hospitals will be chosen from those recommended by the Liaoning Provincial Rural Revitalization Bureau. Tieling HE - Eye Hospital will carry out the surgeries.

辽宁爱之光防盲基金会秉持着 “人人享有看得见的权利” 这一美好愿景，积极为乡村老人白内障手术治疗项目筹集善款。基金会合作的医院将来自辽宁省乡村振兴局（原辽宁省扶贫办）推荐的专业眼科医院名单，具体的手术计划将由铁岭何氏眼科医院负责实施。

Patients awaiting treatment are mostly rural farmers. Uneven medical resource distribution, limited surgical skills of township doctors, low payment ability and awareness among patients, and poor transportation all hinder cataract rehabilitation. These problems call for joint efforts from society.

那些等待治疗的患者主要生活在农村，平日里以务农为生。城市农村眼科医疗资源分布不均，乡镇医生白内障手术能力不足，农村白内障患者支付能力差、知晓率低，交通不便等因素都使白内障复明成为障碍，需社会各界共同支援和解决。
