现任北京师范大学校务委员会副主任、创新发展研究院院长、创新发展研究中心(珠海)主任，兼任首都科技发展战略研究院院长、城市绿色发展科技战略研究北京市重点实验室主任、联合国工业发展组织绿色产业平台中国办公室主任、中国产学研融合创新体系研究中心联合主任、珠海市民营经济发展研究院理事长，同时担任北京市政府专家咨询会委员、工信部中国-中东欧中小企业研究院特聘专家、珠海市发展规划专家委员会委员、佛山市南海区建设广东省城乡融合发展改革创新实验区工作专家顾问等职。 曾任北京大学助教、讲师、副教授。历任北京大学团委书记、校学生工作部部长，共青团北京市委副书记、书记、市青年联合会主席，北京青年政治学院党委书记，中共北京市昌平区委副书记、代区长、区长、区委书记等职。

罗响博士拥有超过20年在联合国及相关国际组织工作的卓越领导力、跨文化背景工作经验与高效的本地化 实践能力，现任联合国全球领导力与ESG发展中心管理委员会主席，社会影响力投资基金主席，系为支持实 现联合国可持续发展目标 (SDG) 与应对全球气候变化目标，致力于为合作伙伴在实现最具挑战性与紧迫性 的清洁能源全球可持续投资、零碳产业战略转型、绿色金融、ESG 与碳中和数字化发展等领域提供系统化解 决方案，是联合国及其他项目合作机构的资金筹集伙伴、执行伙伴与咨询伙伴。

之前担任联合国项目事务署 (UNOPS) 中国首席代表及“一带一路倡议”项目协调人，领导推动在 重大项目管理(清洁能源、食品安全、医疗健康、数字经济),全球公共采购，社会影响力投资及科技创新 等领域国际合作。2014年之前，曾长期在联合国系统与国际经济开发委员会负责项目与产业开发，牵头多支国 际知名私募股权基金及政府合作，组建超过十亿美元的专项产业发展基金及一亿美元的全球创新发展基金。

罗先生拥有工商管理博士学位，亦曾兼任美国麻省理工学院 (MIT-CHEF) 创业投资指导，世界自然基金会 (WWF) 中国区气候创行计划核心专家，中欧绿色产业创新转型协会学术委员会高级顾问，曾荣获多家权威机构与行业组织颁发的奖项包括“2020中国智慧经济十大领军人物”(经济日报集团.中国)、“2022全球绿色金融与ESG可持续发展特别贡献奖”(全球生态可持续发展联盟.法国)、“2023亚太绿色金融与清洁能源年度人物”(亚洲经济发展协会.中韩)、“2023全球零碳城市创新 典范绿色金融骑士奖” (全球科技创新大会 . 上海)等荣誉、 “2024跨国公司ESG年度人物奖项”(MNC50)。

Dr.Luo Xiang has over 20 years of outstanding leadership,cross-cultural work experience,and strong execution capability in the United Nations and related international organizations.He currently serves as the Chairman of the steering committee of United Nations Global Leadership & ESG program,and the chairman of Social Impact Investment Foundation(SIIF). 

He leads the committee to provides systematic solutions in areas of global sustainable investment in clean energy, zero carbon industry strategic transformation,and green finance,ESG and digital intelligence,which of strongly supporting the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)and addressing global climate change goals,and the committee is a funding partner,executing partner,and technical advisory partner for the multinational institution &project partners.From 2014 to 2020,he served as Representative /country director of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS)-China &BRI,led international cooperation with the Chinese government and countries along the Belt and Road in major sectors (clean-energy,food security,health-care,digital economy),impact investment,and green digital transformation. 

Dr.Luo holds a PhD on business administration,and also served as a mentor for entrepreneurship-VC program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT-CHIEF),a core expert for WWF China's Climate Initiative,and the chief scientist of the committee of China-Euro Green Industrial transformation &Innovation.He has also been recognized with a series of awards:“2020 China's Top 10 Smart Economy Leaders"by the Economic Daily Group,“2023 Global Green Finance and ESG Sustainability Leader Award"(awarded by Global Alliance for Ecological Sustainable Development,France),“2022-2023 People of the Year of Asia-Pacific Green Finance and Clean Energy”(awarded by Asia Economy Development Association),and “2023 Green Financial Knight of Global Zero-Emission City Innovation”(awarded by Organizing committee of Global Technology Innovation Summit, （ UNIDO-GINP Shanghai), “Yearly Person of ESG 2024 Multinational Corporation”(MNC 50).

王嘉鹏是中国常熟世界联合学院的创办人、董事会主席、世界联合学院国际董事长委员会副主席、世界联合学院国际理事会理事、中国理事会理事长、IB国际文凭课程亚太理事会理事；常熟市十四届政协常委、常熟市第十六届人大代表；苏州市十六届、十七届人大代表；第十三届、十四届全国人大代表、苏州市残疾人联合会副理事长（兼任）、苏州市欧美同学会常务副会长、常熟市新的社会阶层人士联谊会会长、常熟市欧美同学会会长、全国自强模范、苏州市杰出人才；澳门城市大学荣誉博士。

郑泉水，中国科学院院士，深圳零一学院创始院长，清华大学深圳国际研究生院教授，清华大学钱学森力学班创办首席教授，深圳清华大学研究院超滑技术研究所创办所长。曾任清华大学工程力学系系主任、中国力学学会副理事长、中国力学学会旗舰杂志《力学学报》和Acta Mechanica Sinica主编等。

郑泉水于1980-90年代创建完整的本构方程张量函数理论；2000年后开创结构超滑（指两个固体表面接触滑移时摩擦几乎为零、磨损为零的状态）理论与应用技术，并致力于拔尖创新型学生的培养和创新教育的研究。2004、2017年两次获国家自然科学奖二等奖（第一获奖人），2018年获国家级教学成果一等奖，2021年获第三届杰出教学奖，2022年获科技部首届颠覆性技术大赛总决赛最高奖——优胜奖。 

 Quanshui Zheng, born in 1961, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the founding principal of X-Institute, a professor of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, the chair professor in charge of the Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program (TEEP) at Tsinghua University, and the founding director of the Institute of Superlubricity Technology at Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen. He was once the Chairman of the Department of Engineering Mechanics at Tsinghua University, Vice President of the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM), and Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Journal of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and Acta Mechanica Sinica (both the flagship journals of CSTAM). 

During the 1980-1990’s, Quanshui Zheng established the complete theory of representations for tensor functions and the invariant base of nonlinear and anisotropic constitutive equations. Post-2000, he pioneered the technology and applications of structural superlubricity（referring to a state of nearly zero friction and zero wear when two solid surfaces are in full contact），and he led the TEEP’s ground-breaking exploration in training top-notch talents for scientific and technological innovation in China. Quanshui Zheng was awarded the 2nd Prize of the National Natural Science Award (twice in 2004 and 2017 respectively, both as the 1st Awardee), the 1st Prize of the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award in 2018, the 3rd Outstanding Educator Award in 2021，and the top prize at the inaugural Ministry of Science and Technology's Disruptive Technology Competition - the Excellence Award in 2022.
