She enjoys different technical challenges and promoting good practices like sharing and learning as well as collaboration between different teams within the organization.

Kris Buytaert is a long time Linux and Open Source Consultant. He's one of instigators of the devops movement, currently working for Inuits. He is frequently speaking at, or organizing different international conferences and has written about the same subjects in different Books, Papers and Articles. He spends most of his time working on bridging the gap between developers and operations  with a strong focus on High Availability, Scalability , Virtualisation and Large Infrastructure Management projects,hence trying to build infrastructures that can survive the 10th floor test, better known today as the cloud while actively promoting the devops idea !

Xiao Tianguo， the promoter of GreatOps Community and Global OPS Summit ，Co-chair of the Open Operation Alliance and the Distinguished Lecturer of Fudan University, graduated from Beijing Science and Technology University in 2004. He once worked in Lenovo, Sohu, and Chukong Technology. More than 10 years experience in Internet operation and We Media Operation. He is also the first DevOps Master in China.

Wang Jinyin, entered Tecent in 2007 and got to know operation, experienced the server quantities from one to ten thousand. He once worked in YY and UC, leading many kinds of operation teams, such as Front-end operation, data storage operation, and is skilled in Operations.

John Willis has worked in the IT management industry for more than 35 years. Currently he is an Evangelist at Docker Inc. Prior to Docker Willis was the VP of Solutions for Socketplane (sold to Docker) and Enstratius (sold to Dell). Prior to to Socketplane and Enstratius Willis was the VP of Training & Services at Opscode where he formalized the training, evangelism, and professional services functions at the firm. Willis also founded Gulf Breeze Software, an award winning IBM business partner, which specializes in deploying Tivoli technology for the enterprise. Willis has authored six IBM Redbooks for IBM on enterprise systems management.

DingAn Liang, 10 years experience in operations and development、mass operation and architecture planning. He is the principle of operation teams in Tecent SNG department. He is responsible for Qzone, album, music and other operation and planning work in social platform. Now focus on DevOps、APM、the operation practice exploration of big data.
