    Ms Sarah Gott
    Assessment Manager, International Education, Cambridge University Press & Assessment
    Sarah graduated with a Master’s in Engineering and worked for a number of years in industry. She went on to study for a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education at Durham University and subsequently taught mathematics for over 10 years, both in the UK and overseas. She holds a Master’s in Educational Assessment from Durham University. Sarah joined Cambridge CEM in 2012 and worked on the suite of digital assessments before moving to Cambridge International in 2017. She is currently an Assessment Manager in the Mathematics and ICT team. She works across Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level and Cambridge International A Level Mathematics syllabuses.

    Dr Dicky Susanto
    Author of the Cambridge IGCSE™ Mathematics Core and Extended Teacher’s Resource
    Dicky Susanto graduated from Boston University, USA, with a Master’s and Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, specialising in Mathematics Education. He has taught secondary mathematics, trained prospective mathematics teachers and conducted professional development programmes for in-service mathematics teachers. He is the author of the Cambridge IGCSE™ Mathematics Core and Extended Teacher’s Resource. Currently, he is the expert consultant for the Ministry of Education in Indonesia, playing a significant role in shaping the development of the Indonesian curriculum for mathematics.

    Mr Martin Crozier

    Martin has 22 years of teaching experience, 14 as a Head of Department. He has taught at prestigious schools across the world including Sherborne Girls and Leweston School in the UK and Dulwich International High School in Suzhou. Graduating from Durham (Mathematics, PGCE) and the University of Waterloo (MMT), Mr Crozier is also Fellows of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (FIMA, CMath), the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and the Royal Statistical Society (GradStat). He is a published author of several text books for Mathematics and Further Mathematics for both Cambridge University Press and Pearson, for both of which he is also a trainer and examiner. Mr Crozier was the winner of the China-wide Top Schools Wonder Teacher award in 2019 and is one of their judges in 2023. He believes students succeed through their personal effort and the presence of supportive teacher relationships. Mr Crozier is also a musician, playing viola and handbells as well as being a conductor.

    Donnie Xia has over 10 years of experience in delivering Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Mathematics and Chemistry. He now serves as the IGCSE coordinator in Alcanta International College and also as Cambridge Teacher Trainer.
