（一）论文必须是原创性、首次公开发表的科研成果，内容应符合征稿范围，或属于电气工程学科领域及相关交叉学科。

（二）作者先根据官网模板提交英文摘要，经大会技术委员会审核后发送摘要录用通知。收到摘要录用通知后，作者需在截止日期之前提交全文稿件并完成会议注册。

(1) Paper Requirements 

- The paper must present **original, unpublished research and should fall within the conference's scope or related interdisciplinary fields in **electrical engineering.

(2) Submission Process

- Authors must first submit an English abstract following the official template.  

- The Technical Committee will review the abstract and send an acceptance notification.  

- Upon acceptance, authors must submit the full manuscript and complete conference registration by the specified deadlines.
