In order to ensure that you can attend the meeting smoothly, please read the notice carefully.
I. Notices for Participation
1. The main venue of the conference report: Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology
2. Please arrange your participation according to the agenda of the conference and the meeting procedure. If you need to adjust the presentation time during the symposium, please contact the chairperson or secretariat of the symposium. The contact information of the contacts can be found in the proceedings and the symposium website.
3. Participants should wear their badges when they attend the symposium.
4. In the lecture rooms, please turn the mobile phone into silent mode.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all symposium venues.
6. Please keep your belongings (including symposium materials) well during the symposium to avoid unnecessary losses.
7. If you need any help during the symposium, please contact the staff of the symposium organizing committee.
II. Registration
On-site registration desk will be available on 08:30-16:00 of September 4 -6 and 09:00-12:00 of September 7.
Check-in place: Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
If the student attendance representative is not registered, please bring the student ID card and other certificates, otherwise the general participants will be registered to pay the fee.
III. Dining arrangements
Dining with meal vouchers will not be reissued if lost. Please keep them properly.
IV. Poster Display
Participants in the poster presentation are requested to make posters of 120 (H)*80 (W) cm in size. Please post your posters in the Poster exhibition area. Please post it before 17:00 p.m. on September 5, with referring to the pre-assigned poster number in the final program. On the afternoon of September 6, the Organizing Committee of the symposium will select several excellent poster papers and award the winners of the excellent poster papers in the banquet of September 6.
