The Proceedings will be formally published online in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series by the Institute of Physics in the UK. If you wish to submit a paper for the Proceedings then please read the remainder of this webpage and go to the Registration Guidelines page. After you have registered (no payment is required yet), then you will be able to submit your paper.

All Submissions must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. Only on-line submissions at the official website will be accepted; email submission will not be accepted.

All papers submitted for the proceedings will be subjected to a single blind peer-review process which will check for technical quality, correct use of English and conformance to the paper format guidelines. Papers submitted to the conference website must be in Word format. Please pay particular attention to the correct display of any equations used. Conversion to PDF format will be conducted by the conference organizers after the review process has been completed and the paper accepted.

Copyright in the paper will be retained by the authors or their employers. However, the publisher will be granted a licence to publish (a Proceedings Publication Licence) on the terms described at the link below
