As a Gallup certified leadership talent analyst, Haiping provided talent selection service to leading organizations both locally and globally. She is well liked by her customers as professional, reliable, and inspiring. Besides, Haiping is a certified career development planner and a certified Okr trainer. Prior to Gallup, Haiping worked as an assistant professor at a leading university. She also has experiences working as an HR director for an Automobile supplier company. He is currently at TÜV SÜD providing technical support for companies' sustainability strategy development and ESG performance improvement, helping companies advance their sustainability throughout the value chain. Before joining TÜV SÜD, he has worked on sustainability at Greenpeace, the Swedish International Centre of Education for Sustainable Development and the Nordic China Startup Forum.

    Jinsong Yang holds a MSc in sustainable development from Uppsala University, Sweden.

    Before joining Fresenius Medical Care, Kathy worked at Johnson & Johnson Healthcare as HRBP Lead. Prior to working in the healthcare industry, Kathy has different function working experience in a Fortune 500 FMCG company, including sales training, financial analysis, marketing, etc.

    In the past few years, Kathy led her team to achieve astonishing results in employer branding, making an outstanding contribution to Fresenius Medical Care to attract excellent talents in the China market. These achievements served as a significant part for Fresenius Medical Care in building a diversified culture and enhancing brand value and reputation of the company.
