Yan Chen
Vice President and General Manager, Intelligent Building Technology Group, Greater China, Honeywell
Yan CHEN is named Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) Greater China in July 2023, with full profit and loss responsibilities for the strategic business group’s operations and development in the region. As an industry pioneer, HBT supports building owners and operators build healthier, safer, energy-efficient, and sustainable facilities with total solutions of hardware, software, data, and services. Yan joined Honeywell in 2005 and was appointed as General Manager of Process Automation Solutions (PAS) of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) of Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) for Greater China in 2013. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of HPS within Honeywell’s PMT strategic business group, where he was responsible for the production, operations, sales and strategic development of HPS in Greater China. He led teams to create digital, intelligent, and sustainability-focused solutions to meet the needs of Chinese customers and achieved year-over-year double-digit growth in the past seven years. During this time, he also served as Vice President of Sales for HPS Asia Pacific and a board member of Sinopec-Honeywell Joint Venture. Yan has rich international work experience, with a global vision, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural project management expertise. Before joining Honeywell, Yan worked for Invensys (acquired by Schneider Electric) for nine years in Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to that, he worked for Yokogawa for five years in China and Singapore. Yan has nearly 35 years of deep industry experience, including more than 10 years of global mega project management experience, leading and managing global teams and EPCs to successfully deliver on customer expectations. He is a seasoned leader in automation and controls, instrumentation and services, with solid technical and engineering background in different industries including petrochemical, oil, and gas, chemical and power generation. Yan holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

HOLLY LEI
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COVESTRO GROUP; PRESIDENT, COVESTRO CHINA
Holly Lei (Senior Vice President, Covestro Group, President of Covestro China) is the first local female leader for this position in Covestro China.Lei started her career at Bayer MaterialScience (the predecessor company of Covestro) in 1999 as a technical representative, and has since increased responsibilities focusing on sales, marketing and R&D.She held various management positions in China, the APAC region and globally, and devoted her cross -industry insights and customer centric mindset to develop Covestro’s business globally.As a seasoned leader strong at managing dispersed teams, Lei is also an affectionate people leader and excels at fostering an environment that allows people to flourish and develop to their fullest potential.As an avid ambassador of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at Covestro, she is actively involved in promoting Female leadership in the workplace and DEI culture with outstanding contribution and social influence.Lei holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Dalian University of Technology in China and a master’s degree in material science from Université de Sherbrooke in Canada.She has also received executive training at INSEAD Business School in France.Lei is also a supervisory board member of GEA Group AG, Vice Chair of the Shanghai Chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, and she was granted with several awards, such as 2020 China Women in Tech by Forbes, 2021 China Most Powerful Women by Fortune, etc.

Rosa Lee
Executive Vice President of Bosch China, Responsible for Human Resources & Board member of Bosch China
Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with law degree, and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and business areas, Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of Bosch China. From 2015, she is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Management in Stuttgart Germany Bosch Global Headquarter. Starting from Feb 2019, she joins the Management Board of Bosch China as the Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in China & Asia Pacific.

Janice Tsang
Head of Innovation Office,Porsche China
Janice was born in Hong Kong and raised in England. Before joining Porsche China, Janice was an excellent lawyer in a global top law firm, serving APAC based client on litigation. In 2014, she joined Porsche China and relocated to Shanghai and set up the company’s compliance team and system. In 2018, she took the challenge and was appointed as the Head of Innovation Office. In the past 5 years, with the team led by Janice, Porsche China became a key force of transformation, including these key results: - Curating immersions and forums for top management to build awareness of China significance and customer needs, which paved way for the extended local capability in China. - Developing China innovation projects across a wide portfolio of customer experience, intelligent enterprise, in-car experience and sustainability technology, which were widely adopted by customers and dealers and adorned with local innovation awards. - Connecting Porsche to local innovation ecosystem and initiating the first Porsche Innovation Accelerator program in 2022 which funneled 100 startups into 8 successful PoCs.

Nicholas Gordon
Co-chair, Brainstorm Design; Editor, Asia at Fortune

Nicholas Gordon is a Hong Kong-based associate editor, where he assists with audience development and commentary coverage for the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining Fortune, he worked as a content manager for a Hong Kong-based think tank working on regional economic development issues. He has a masters in international relations from Oxford University and a bachelors in social studies from Harvard College.
