This year's Board Election 2024 will be held in a hybrid format with online and offline voting options. The online voting period is from April 28, 2024, to May 19, 2024, and the offline voting with an in-person ballot will occur on the day of the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024. The final election result will be presented during the General Meeting on May 23, 2024.

Option 1: Online Voting

This year's Board Election Online Voting is possible during the online voting period of April 28, 2024, 00:00 CST to May 19, 2024, 24:00 CST. As a voting member of the German Chamber, you will receive an email with an access link and login credentials to our online voting platform at a later point.

Option 2: In-person Voting on May 23, 2024

Voting members that haven’t already casted their vote during in the Online Voting can cast their vote by attending the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024, and casting an in-person ballot. The ballots must be cast by a Voting Member or one of its Representatives as stated in the Voters’ Register. Each Voting Member may authorize another Voting Member to represent the former in the Annual General Meeting by signing a proxy statement in accordance with the Statutes of the Chamber. Such a proxy statement must reach the Executive Director latest on May 22, 2024, at 18:00 CST. Important Notice - Paid Membership Fee

Only Corporate and Individual Members who have already fully paid their membership fee for 2024 and before are eligible to vote. Every member can only cast their vote once. Please note that for this reason, we will send the online voting invitation only to the permanent representative.
