If you would like to book a whole table, please select 12 tickets and choose your preferred table.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

- The chamber reserves the right to move people if necessary.

- You can choose your preferred table when purchasing the ticket, but you cannot select a specific seat.

- Seating at the table is based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

- The seats at the table you choose will be locked for 36 hours. If payment is not made within 36 hours, the seat will be released, so please make sure to submit your payment promptly. 

- Events have limited seating, so please register in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.

- If you registered for this event but cannot attend, please do let us know in advance. No-shows who fail to cancel before November 8, 2024 will be charged with the full price.

- If unforeseen changes in pandemic prevention policy occur, resulting in limited number of guests allowed at the event venue, event partner tables and group bookings will be prioritized. Remaining tables/seats will be allocated by drawing lots.

- All cancelled tickets due to force majeure are refundable.
