As the fight against COVID-19 pandemic enters the third year, the global economic recovery is witnessing noticeable uncertainties and imbalances, with the climate change risks becoming the primary concern of the international community. Meanwhile, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will accelerate the fragmentation of the world economic landscape. Against this backdrop, how to response to the challenges such as high inflation, rising debt and supply chain bottlenecks; how to further deepen international cooperation and promote reform of the international governance system as well as prevent potential post-war global retrogression.
