Join us at Schwarzman College for a 45-minute Zumba-style dance fitness class! Come along and jump around with us to a mix of music styles (latin, salsa, pop and bhangra).
This class is open to people of all abilities, even if you can't dance or have never been to an exercise class. The instructor will provide clear instruction and simpler steps for beginners.
Just come wearing regular sports clothing and trainers. We will be outside, so you might want to wear a light jacket before we warm up. Bring a water bottle, because you will sweat!
This special session will feature music from Li Haoling's TV series Link Click (音乐：李豪凌的时光代理人).
About the instructor:
Nik has been leading dance fitness classes casually for five years. Nik's passion for dancing began when he joined the Ballroom and Latin dance team at Cambridge University in 2015. Please note, Nik is not a registered Zumba instructor.

Who can attend this event?
This event is open to currently enrolled Tsinghua University students, both undergraduate and graduate. We can accommodate up to 40 Tsinghua students.
What is required to join this event? All guests must present a valid registration from this website (Bag Event 百格活动）as well as a valid Tsinghua University ID Card in order to access Schwarzman College for this event.
What to wear?
Wear workout clothing or other clothing you have good range of motion in.
Liability in case of injury
Tsinghua students joining this session will personally assume all liability in case of injury. Schwarzman College, Tsinghua Univeristy, and the instructor Nik Cerutti do not assume any liability for injury to attendees voluntarily taking part in this activity.
Entering and Exiting Schwarzman College
Registered attendees can enter Schwarzman College 30 minutes before the session begins. For this session, doors open at 11:15 am. No attendees will be admitted after 11:55 am.
Following the conclusion of this event, Schwarzman College is closed to visitors as it is a residential building (student dorm). We ask that all Tsinghua classmates and colleagues who join us for the session exit the building when our session concludes at 12:45 pm. All guests' cooperation is greatly appreciated.
