ABOUT COMMITTEE

INASCON 2019 Student Committee

The Organization Committee of INASCON 2019 consists of undergraduate and graduate students from across the Tsinghua University. Chinese students with international students, green-hands in research with the more experienced and science students with non-science major students work together to manifest the uniqueness of student academic conference.

We hope to make INASCON 2019 an unforgettable experience for every participant! 

Chairmen

Fuwei Yang, Qi Jiang, sophomores of Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program, Tsinghua University.

Two chairmen are mainly responsible for general affairs. They coordinate the work between different groups and ask the Advisory Committee for suggestions

Contact Group

Leader: Xuanyu Huang, junior member of Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program, Tsinghua University

Contact Group is mainly responsible for inviting speakers from all over the world and reception work during the conference.

Publicity Group

Leader: Jianing Liu, junior member of Tsinghua University, Department of Chemical Engineering

Publicity Group is mainly in charge of Wechat and Facebook groups. They prepare various flyers and posters to tell the world about this amazing event.

Logistic Group

Leader: Xinli Long, sophomore of Tsinghua University, School of Journalism and Communication

Logistic Group mainly works to arrange the conference facilities, food, accommodation and transportation during the conference.

Finance Group

Leader: Ze Wen, sophomore of Tsinghua University, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Shourui Ji, junior member of Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program, Tsinghua University

Finance Group is the in charge of conference budget and sponsorship.

Registration Group

Leader:Ao Zhang, senior student of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University

Students in registration Group are responsible for the whole registration processes as well as collecting participant's requirements and solving their problems.
