The INASCON 2019 logo inherits most of its features from the previous logos. Since it is the first time INASCON is going to hold in China, several Chinese features are added into the logo:

Chinese dragon is a traditional emblem of China. Painted in red, it displays distinguishing Chinese characteristics and symbolizes enterprising spirit.

It is placed in one of the hexagons on the honeycomb lattice of graphene, symbolizing China as an endeavoring member in the international collaboration on nanotechnology development.

The dragon body coils in the shape of ‘9’, indicating the year of the conference.
