Recently, the German Chamber of Commerce in China has published the results of a Flash Survey which indicates that German companies' business sentiment towards China post-COVID is not as optimistic as initially hoped. In the current economic situation, companies are facing many challenges. To ensure survival and stable development, many companies are subject to reducing cost and enhancing efficiency.

 

As for the human resources management department, HR managers are required to continuously optimize the personnel structure, improve work efficiency, and reduce human resource management costs.


How to be more flexible and innovative to ensure the growth and development of enterprises and employees is a problem that every HR must face. This time on the 7th HR Summit in Shenzhen, we will discuss about HR challenges and opportunities, salary development, talent trends, employer brand building, etc., and share experience with senior HR experts.

She has been focusing on employment law and corporate governance related legal consultancy to foreign investments in China since she joined Shaohe in 2017.
