Recently, the German Chamber of Commerce in China has published the results of a Flash Survey which indicates that German companies' business sentiment towards China post-COVID is not as optimistic as initially hoped. To ensure survival and stable development, many companies are subject to reducing cost and enhancing efficiency.

As for the human resources management department, HR managers are required to continuously optimize personnel structure, improving work efficiency, reducing human resources management costs, and so on. This time on the 7th HR Summit in Shenzhen, we’ll talk about cost reduction and efficiency improvement related questions, and have a fruitful discussion with the advanced HR experts.

近期，中国德国商会发布后疫情时代的快速调查，德国企业在后疫情时代对中国市场的商业信心并不像最初希望的那样乐观，商业前景受限，市场发展慢于预期。为保证生存、稳定发展，许多企业只能选择降低成本、提高效率。
