The China Biological Products Annual Conference (CBioPC) was founded in the 1980s and has a history of over 30 years. It is the oldest, most academic, largest, and influential academic conference in the field of biomedicine in China. CBioPC is led by China Association for Vaccines, jointly hosted by several national associations and societies. So far, it has been successfully held for 22 sessions.
The purposes of CBioPC are to promote the effective integration of technologies, markets, capital, talents, management and other factors in the field of biomedicine at home and abroad, to explore the development and application of new biotechnology and new drugs, to present the updated research results, and to build a platform for interdisciplinary exchange of professional researchers and transformation of industry, study and research.
CBioPC will set up the main venue and parallel sessions on cutting-edge biomedical technologies such as vaccines, recombinant therapeutic biological products, gene therapy, cell therapy, blood products, and biopharmaceutical engineering. The conference will invite academicians from CAS and CAE, experts from NHC, CDCs, NMPA, universities, institutes, and pharmaceutical companies. The reports cover the updated research achievements, cutting-edge technologies, and policies and regulations of biomedical R&D.
During the conference, biomedical high-tech enterprises will be arranged to exhibit products, technologies and achievements exhibition. At the same time, the conference will also cooperate with local governments to carry out promotional activities, talent introduction, and investment promotion.
The 23rd CBioPC is scheduled to be held in Guangzhou from May 15 to 18, 2024, and it is expected that 8,000 delegates from over 2,000 enterprises will attend the conference. There will be about 200 reports at the conference, with nearly 300 exhibitors and an exhibition area of 15000 square meters.
