In order to better implement the Women Empowerment Initiative and build up the WE Community, GCC · SSW will co-create a series of meaningful female-themed events with women and partners. 

At the events, we build connection, exchange idea, share practical experience, and discuss together how to better achieve personal growth and career development as well as DEI in the workplace and beyond.

为更好地践行女性赋能倡议，共建女性成长互助平台，我们将与广大女性与共创伙伴一道，共同创造一系列有意义的女性主题活动。

我们将通过活动帮助女性建立联系与加强交流，分享实用知识与经验，共同探讨如何更好地实现个人成长与职业发展，以及推动职场内外的多元化、公平性和包容性发展。

1. Regular Gathering 定期聚会 (eg. Ladies' Tea Party 女性茶话会) 

• Focus 活动重点：Enhancing mutual understanding and communication among members 增进成员间相互认识了解，加强交流

• Form of Activity 活动形式：

  - Casual Gathering: Ice Breaking Game + Topic Discussion 休闲聚会：破冰游戏+话题讨论

  - Afternoon Tea/Cocktail: Free Entry + Self-catering 下午茶/鸡尾酒：无门票 + 餐饮自理

• Frequency 活动频次：Every 2-3 months 每2-3个月/次
  

• Number of Guests 活动人数：10-15 people

2. Women-themed Salon 主题沙龙

• Focus 活动重点：Sharing and exchanging inspiring ideas, useful knowledge, practical experience and skills, etc. 侧重观念传播、干货分享、技能提升、经验交流等

• Form of Activity 活动形式：

  - Weekday Event: Topic Sharing + Panel Discussion + Interactive Activity 工作日活动：主题分享+嘉宾对话+现场互动

  - Fee-based Salon: Half-day Gathering + Tea Break 收费沙龙：半天活动+茶歇

• Frequency 活动频次：2-3 times per year 每年2-3次
  

• Number of Guests 活动人数：20-50 people
