Businesses are experiencing inspections from government authorities in areas such as cross-border payments, taxation, customs, marketing activities, labor laws, and more. These inspections are part of the ongoing official campaign called "Double Random and Public Disclosure" (双随机、一公开), aimed at enhancing transparency and fairness through random checks and public disclosures within the social credit system. Most recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) released guidelines in July 2024 to standardize these random inspections, highlighting the importance for businesses to stay informed about evolving regulations.
Join our event, where we’ll explore the latest regulatory trends through real-life case studies. Learn how to conduct effective self-assessments, ensure your company is well-prepared for these inspections, and maintain positive records in the social credit system. The following key inspection areas will be covered:
Cross-border payments inspections by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)
