QIN Anqi has a bachelor and a master degree in law of Nanjing University and passed PRC national judicial examination in 2011. She has been practicing as an attorney since 2013, specializing in employment & labor law related consultancy and arbitration & litigation. She joined Shaohe Law Firm in 2017.
Ms. QIN provides labor law advice to enterprises supporting their daily operation, including but not limited to negotiation on collective contracts, drafting legal documents such as employee handbooks and labor contracts, and helping enterprises establish special working hours systems, etc. Furthermore, she is an experienced professional lawyer in handling labor disputes, such as termination of labor relations, collective bargaining, representing clients in labor arbitration & litigation procedures, etc. She has participated in collective negotiations and mass termination of employees on behalf of manufacturing enterprises, participated in and led several investigations for multinational companies on employees’ violation of non-competition or anti-bribery obligations, and successfully reclaimed embezzled money from said employees. She has also represented clients in settling collective labor disputes properly during its business suspension period, and has supported clients in designing and implementing employee arrangement plans in their relocation processes.
Ms. QIN is awarded "LegalOne Stellar Accolade 2024".
Zhu Qin holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in law from Tongji University. Before becoming a lawyer in Shaohe, Ms. Zhu worked for five years in a German tax consulting firm and gained rich experience in providing tax consulting services.
She has frequently participated in and led the tax structures of M&A projects, advised and assisted clients in the application of preferential tax treatment in various transaction models, assisted clients in responding to general anti-avoidance enquiries in cross-border transactions, provided tax planning to individuals, assisted clients in responding to queries from tax authorities regarding fraudulent invoices, assisted clients in taking administrative re-examination or dispute measures against unreasonable tax treatment.
Ms. Zhu has also been responsible for investigating financial and tax matters in the context of several white-collar criminal cases of corporate self-examination.
