Obtaining talent and enhance their development has become a new challenge for today’s organizations. Employees have a growing list of expectations beyond competitive salaries and flexibility. On the other hand, under the continuous development of AI and big data technology, optimizing recruitment, training and management workflows is a common concern.

How to (re)define “Human value creation”? In the 8th HR Summit, we will discuss about the new ways to achieve talent attraction and retention, enhance talent development and analyze the effect of AI and big data technology with senior HR experts. 

At the same time, the 17th Labor Market and Salary Survey Report 2024/2025 by the German Chamber of Commerce in China will be released.

No-shows will be charged with the full price. Cancellations and refunds need to be requested at least 48 hours before the start of the event. Applications after that will not be approved.
