Prior to COVID and the change to today's global business environment, German and multinational corporations saw remarkable growth and expansion in China with many organizations fully supported and empowered by their overseas headquarters. In today's world, leaders in China are finding communication and influence with headquarters to be a leadership challenge towards fulfilling some of their business targets.

The gap between information shared and business realities seems to grow deeper by the day and leaders find themselves challenged to explain the full range of opportunities for growth and business development in China. As the impact of de-risking German business in China continues, leaders need a toolkit to present the right information and garner support from the stakeholders at HQ and abroad.
